Hi Sweetie. Sorry if you feel it's inappropriate that I comment but I think that if he can't stay loyal to you now, he never will. A cheating guy will always cheat again. So I left my ex of 5 years. If you're going to ache and cry, I think we should do it for a person who's worth it. Just my 2 cents.

But he's only good for a while right? I think that he may be good to you for several reasons. One is that he's guilty so his being nice to you is a way of him compensating you. Secondly, he thinks he can't find a girl who would treat him as well as you, so he is being good to you to keep you. But it doesn't mean anything if he isn't loyal to you right?

I waited year after year for him to change. In the end it wasn't worth it, dear. If anything, I'm glad I left him. I was sad for quite a while but after that, it was like the weight on my shoulder was gone, and I was happy. I realized that I had been sad for years. Even my family and EXTENDED family says so.

I think you should think it through. It's what I did. I reviewed my life with him for five years and realized that I was super sad and that I deserved better. I had never been unfaithful for even one day in that 5 years. He cheated on me at about once a year? I couldn't stand it anymore at the end of the five years.

Sometimes it's not just about him, we should also care for our own happiness right? We're with someone not because we need to be. We're with someone because we want to be. So the mutual want and love for one another is what makes a relationship beautiful and intimate. Being in a relationship should be a happy and wonderful experience.

I also read somewhere that if he's with you, and he repeatedly cheats on you, then you're just not the girl that he's willing to be loyal to, even on a subconscious level.

That's why you should really think on it, and be determined that you made the right decision. It'll take a while but you'll get there. Don't cheat yourself. If something isn't there, then it isn't. I never regretted my decision.
