Hobbies that i am interested in, but at the same time, not many people would think this is normal, at least in Malaysia.

Learning Japanese and Mandarin (i can speak in Cantonese).

My aim for this year

It's quite normal actually as it's kinda normal these days from what i encounter ...

I would think Japanese is not hard to learn, and it is easier to speak than Mandarin.

With some effort and practice, it's not that hard to begin with..

As a Cantonese speaker, i always think Mandarin is so hard to pronounce.

Last week, there were some tourists from PRC asked me to direction to Chinatown, i replied in a mix of Cantonese and English.

hahahaa..actually sometimes although i have a bf, i felt envy to those bf that accompany their gf all the time..

my bf cant do that due to work..

Look at some people in LYN, for example girl forummers, i envy and envy.

It's only normal that we do so .. Hence need to buck up on it .. Bought a couple of self improvement books to help get started..
Even watching mandarin and seeing the malay sub to know what is what ...

I can understand mandarin spoken by Taiwanese, Singaporean...

PRC, especially Sichuan or Beijing, impossible.

I see .. Now u lack is the communicating part ..
U'll get there with a lil bit of effort ..
