I am new here, 170cm/52kg, need to understan more about body building tips.
If a person taking daily weight/muscle supplyment such as whey/muscle tech, is that mean they do not need to diet and they can maintain thier usual food diet as before?

I just join gym last month, taking whey daily one serving only(due to cost saving and can last for 2month), go to gym and only concerntrate on chest, arm and back, monday chest and arm, wednesday, back and arm, friday, chest and arm. and i maintain my daily diet such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, but i try add more protien food like eggs, chicken breats, milk, and yougurt, is that the correct way?

there are a lot of stickies here that you can refer to in terms of diet and workout routines, i suggest you start reading them first. That said your question about supplements, I think you have your thinking the other way around.

Dont think protein supplements are be all and end all for body building. Its just that; a supplement. Something to boost your protein intake. Its not something you need to have in order to grow. Instead, make changes to your diet to include natural, unprocessed food. Bodybuilding isnt just about looking good, imo. Its about a lifestyle change for the better.
