Just when I find out that Nendo Azu-nyan is ready to be checked out from preorder status, I got this:



So like, WTF? I can't cancel my pre-orders as well, so this is a major bummer for me. Not to mention that I still have 3 items on pre-order. Anyone suffering the same fate?


I've sent them a mail via their "contact us" section, making sure I sound pissed/disappointed. Let's see how they respond.

I suspect they still have issues with their system after the site went down. Just check my email and guess what, I get like, 5 mails telling me that Azusa is ready to be shipped, one mail from Vincent(The manager) apologizing because of the error (apparently, my order is only ready for next week's 2nd batch), and then another mail from him apologizing for sending that apology letter to me via CC instead of BCC (even pizza hut is on the list, lol)

Very messy situation indeed. Hopefully they untangle the mess soon. One shouldn't mess with one otaku's Azunyan, haha.
