M1, you may refer to Saturday's NST.
But I think the promotion is over as it is only from 19 to 21 Nov.
Meanwhile, for the installation, it is free last time as OpenNet got a free service for those who wanted to setup fibre optics in their rooms.

The only problem now is I have no space to store my 46" TV. Can I transfer back to Msia? Will it be taxed since it is free?

Oops, my bad. It is actually a 42" LCD. (Delivery could take up to 3-4 weeks)
I not going to sell it as I need the TV at my home in Msia.
