India, the cost will definitely be cheaper than that of Malaysia, for one eye around Rs 20,000 (around RM1.5K) per eye. There are hospitals that offer even cheaper than that here. The price may vary, but one thing for sure is that it will be cheaper than Malaysian pvt hospitals.
If you are thinking of coming here (India), you should be well prepared and do some research about the options available. (Malaysians will need VISA to enter India)
