The people in the after-dead town all get kidnapped and get torture to death because they disobey the 'God' (ya, I know it's ridiculous how can you kill a person that is already dead ... but that is what happen in Silent Hill), the 'God' already say must sacrifice 4 children every 50 years but they unable to do tat ... so ... Alex was the one who choose to be sacrifice at first place, but he accidentally killed his bro ...
