Getting Started

I just bought Sapphire 5970 Redline OC recently. My current best OC under furmark stability test is base on core 910 mem 1225 by using msi afterburner @ 1.149v.
I tried higher voltage it can past vantage test but it just can't pass for furmark stability test.
Sifu out there pls help to share your experience and your best overclocking 5970 base on this reference cooler

Why don't u just increase the vGPU? The OCbility vs voltage differs from card to card.

Simple solution, watercool your GPU. You prolly get another 20-50 MHz.

the GC is prone to temperature/OCbility as well ? i mean lower temp = better OC ability ?
