I was just a second away from depositing money into Hairy's acc for him to come over to Sarawak here to help consult a 2 storey shoplot that I was going to convert into bird house. My neighbour had done his and he said there is no much skills needed and he could do it for me. I prefer to get a pro con as I do not want to invest in sth that only have 50/50 chance to success.
