Be very careful about the blindspot of the Forte. The C-pillar is so wide that it obscures most of the view. When changing lanes and cutting into the left lane, put your signal lamp for a few seconds, look for a few seconds, then only enter if you're clear. It's very easy to miss a car at the left rear blind spot ; it won't be shown on the left side mirror when it's hidden by the C-pillar.
One thing I noticed while driving in M'sia. Many people don't use signal lamps be it turning, parking, changing lanes... Geesh. Not cool at all.

why forte side mirror is not wide? can't see much if seat properly...must lean forward to see more angle which is very bad if got car in blind spot...

AGREE~~~!!! everytime thinking of take away their signal lamps from their cars since useless to them!
Just practice "Look Over Shoulder" to avoid collisions. I have been doing this for couple of years and saved me a number of times. In fact, this is a requirement to pass the driving test in US. There are others good practices in other countries that probably would not work in Malaysia for the quality of the given law reinforcements, the drivers' don't care altitude / civilizations.I particular like the practice of the Stop-Look-Go and Look Over Shoulder while driving in the states... and I just don't know why most Malaysian can't just behave nice on the road and they are the one that causing most traffic jams due to the irregular driving patterns.
