Thats the best part, they can't even commit a date after missing end April and end May deadlines. I told my SA today, if they cant allocate me anything by next Friday (11 June 2010), I want back my full refund. AM very fed up with NAZA now. I rather get my refund back and book a car somewhere else with ready stock or when stock issue is resolved. Paling teruk pun, just don't buy a car for now. Anyone want to buy my King Loong emblem and 2.0 sx emblem?

Don't start another Dugong vs Forte war la.   

B4 Forte came along, for the 70-80 plus range...the sensible and safe choice would be a Siti or Dugong. If want to blame anyone, blame our gahmen and UMW lo.

As for all Forte whether 2.0 and 1.6 all CKD d since 2nd batch onwards. What we don't really know is whether this CKD models are with improved quality or not. Maybe our bros here adin, redrum77 and bonjourz can share if their new car got any common related problems like the first few batches or not ? Or got any new defect.

As for me, still no news from Naza lipservice careline... no allocation to date yet. Naza CMD replied my e-mail and say they acknowledge receipt my email and will check.

Haiih...back to waiting... I think my bank LOU with 2.95% will expire this month bcoz 3 months plus d . If that happens, am going to cancel the car booking already. Not going to pay 3.5% > bcoz stupid !$#@$%#% Naza screwed up.    Feel so sad and jealous when read everyone here got their 2.0 already except mine.

But the seatbelt chime, I don't think got chime sound. Just blinking for awhile then go off d unlike dugong which will bug u. Correct me if I'm wrong, I noticed this during my last test drive.

As for the standard UV tint, I read on facebook b4 posted by KIA Malaysia. standard TSER already like 40% plus. If fix good tinting the TSER will be damned good d.  Can anyone here confirm this.

Actually, in many ways the car dint come in April...got help also...now budget got few extra k (save on budgeted installments) to spend on poison like "ECOTINT, Body kit & Autofoam d"

I drove wira and saga b4 forte. Wira is ok, quite stable as the car is low by default and maybe my suspension all koyak already

Saga is terrible, understeer and i feel like i m going to fall out from the car with sharp corners.

Forte is ok, body roll is there but when cornering the car is stable

It's one of the common complaints of the Forte, where the auto gear box upshifts too early to cause loss of torque. And it's also recognised that the dated box limits the performance of the Theta II. This is why Kia came out with the ECU upgrade although I'm not sure about its availability in Australia let alone M'sia.

Slam the pedal and the car will down shift, although shift-tronic will be easier and faster. To be fair, most Mercedes Benzs, at least the older models, have a sluggish throttle as well where you need to depress it more than 1/2 the way before it starts to downshift and accelerate.

And yes Spain sucks.

I sent my 2.0 for 1000KM service 2 days ago. As recommended, change the engine oil to fully synthetic, also have replaced the oil filter. Yesterday when i was driving out for lunch, suddenly felt the engine rev higher than before and reluctant to change to higher gear. I double checked that it was in D mode. That time i was moving slowly because of traffic, should be less than 20km/h, the gear was always on 1 or 2. First i thought it might because of slow moving but i never had the dragging feeling before. Then i changed the gear to N when moving at 15-20km/h, the car slowdown(like pressing lightly on brake) stopped itself without me pressing the brake. Then i moved back to D and it wont move until i press the accelerator, and the dragging feeling is like u forgot to release your handbrake fully. After some distance i found it back for normal and the next few KMs travelled did not have such problem until i almost reach my office, same problem occurred again. During the journey back home i encountered the same problem twice. This morning i get the same problem on highway, suddenly i felt the dragging and the engine was forced to lower the gear to push the car harder in order to accelerate but after some distance it went back to normal. It never happened before 1000km service.

This seems like an intermittent problem! I wonder anyone encounters the same problem? Please help!!!
