I did llumar gold for front and back Windscreen and for side windows I used the one mentioned in bro saimatkong's blog.

After tinting the car do u still feel heat coming from side windows?

My 1st tank pumped in Rawang Petronas was RM80.

Travelled around 460KM before distance to empty blinks, so all in all can get more than 500KM i think.

2nd tank today in Shell, RM85. So far so good, FC dropped to around 8.6l/100km. Will monitor some more.

My car clocked around 650KM from Thursday till now, city driving only hehe

I also hit a kerb last week, 2nd day after i got the car, i thought the rim sure calar. But luckily kena tayar only. Funny thing is both tyre and rim oso scratchless hehehe.

Yesterday FC went down to 8.6 but today went back to 9.1. Hmmm but i heard it'll be better after 1st service?

Also i thought 2.0 will have better fuel consumption than 1.6 coz same weight, same fuel capacity but more power?

Im going for my 1st service maybe this friday.

It's advisable to use fully synthetic oil right? 5W30? There's only 1 kind or are there many kind leh?

I stay in shah alam, should i go to Kia Service Center in Puchong/Jalan Tandang or any other suggestions?

Just called and booked service slot for this Friday. The lady there ask me what type of service i do, 10,000 or 20,000. So I said 10,000 correct? Full Syn?

For the 10,000k service i already told them i m doing 1st service, 1000km, i think what they meant was i want to use full synthetic or semi syn hehe.

If can't get Full Syn Lubricant how ar? I need to do 1st service this Friday, reaching 1000KM Soon.

Is it possible to get outside and bring it along with me during service?

Hehe collected my car last Thursday, by Sunday alread clocked around 600KM.

Today came back from work 777KM. So roughly by Friday will hit 1K or less

All new batches of 2.0 have chassis number starts with P. No more CBU liao. Officially all CKD.

Also, even if CKD all parts are made in Korea, shipped over here in M'sia and Assembled Locally. So strictly speaking it is still made in Korea but assembled in M'sia.

All big company's got strict QC, so in the end you're still getting a Kia Forte, not Naza Forte ma

Yes, 2.0 is definitely worth the wait. But the waiting process can be very very frustrating.

Have to keep on reminding myself it's worth the wait. Also must keep coming to forum and get some encouragements.

Bro, your tint exactly same as mine. N1050 = T4-50 and Llumar Gold.

I am still not very used to the 2 color tones. Front+Back Greenish and Side is neutral/dark.

yeah i bought ws insurance.

Cost of windscreen is rm2500. Cost of ws insurance is rm375 per year.

I think it's worth buying. Rm375 x 5 years still cheaper than 1 single windscreen.

If really unlucky 1st already ws break then only start buying insurance then not worth already. Better to buy from beginning. Especially after seeing WS problem in SG. Hehe.
