Sadly, no allocation yet to date. 

What I heard is that for white 2.0 they start allocate for Jan and Feb bookers only. Black, silver and brown is being allocated d. Anyone who booked in March got their whitey already?

The answer to the above is...unknown depending on your color, SA , branch and dealer.....

FINALLY after 114 DAYS (3 months and 25 days) of waiting. I got my 2.0 Forte Titanium Silver hehehehehehe.


In short, Forte Leave me SPEECHLESS

My FC is hovering about 10L/100km now... it's either the cold weather here, dirty air filter/engine oil, or due to my right foot and late upshifts ... Almost 8K km now, still a long way to go before the 150K km service interval...

Bro starghazzer. The MDPS is really working as advertised. Very light when stationary,  light at low speed and heavy at high speed. If high speed become lighter then it's very dangerous ain't it? Need other 2.0 bros to share their experience hehe.

The sound system so far so good. Haven't tweak it to my liking yet but when I first got the car the bass was set to max at 10. I didn't feel any vibration on the door panel. Maybe the car still new. Anyway I found that there's a p.bass function. Maybe that's causing the vibration?

Also I found the car with uv windscreen is very dark already. It'll sure be darker after tinting. Will it pass jpj inspection? 

I just changed the car mat to the one bought from bro saimatkong. Fits perfectly. I assume u have to take out the old one and replace the new one and not put the new one on top of the old one right?

I saw lots of forte in stockyard today. Lots of white too. But most of the 2.0 are dark colors. Tits, eb and mb.

   
Yesterday (28th) JPJ KL got open? i checked the car registration number from http://www.jpj.gov.my/malay/plateno.htm and found out the number is different from what i saw Thursday nite.
However my SA told me they close on Wesak day.... looks like the SA lie to me again, yes, is again. 

3rd day after owning Forte 2.0

Did Llumar tint today. Really can feel difference before and after tint. Not that hot anymore. After tint i parked under hot sun for few hours, went into the car can feel the heat, switch on aircond and within 3 minutes cool down, leather seat oso not very hot

The llumar guys didn't take out the door panel but instead took out the rubber and pry open the door panel a bit, just enought to cover the side windows.

First time they worked with Forte but they seem experienced. My heart dropped when i saw how they 'treated' my baby

But luckily after they put back everything i don't hear any rattlings or squeakings otherwise i'll sure go crazy hehe.

But one thing i can still feel heat from side windows when driving, is that normal? i thought should be very cool wan?

2 findings today.

1). There is an aircond duct under driver and passenger seat. Has this been mentioned b4? I was feeling under the seat and suddenly felt something hard under the seat. At first thought it was some defect but found out it was actually air cond duct for rear passengers, nice~~~

2). Set the odometer light to 1 notch below maximum (before the 'click'). It will look dim, but nice to drive at night. When switch off lights it will return to 'MAX' and switch on lights it will automatically dim again. Daytime with lights off it will be 'MAX' coz with daylight it's easier to see at MAX and at night it will auto dim again.

Very nice feature

like some views from Forte's owners.  In todays NST, in BCT section of Family cars, there a report by a PROF, commenting the Forte's(dont know which version) fc is RM 8.88/km.  Am not a Forate owner but I think a Rolls is also not high FC.

Paid downpayment TODAY..hopefully by next week will get the car..how long does it take for JPJ registration?

finally got my forte 1.6sx today, book at 13May, paid down payment at 21May, get on 31May. very proud of it when driving the car.

not much issue with the car, except common problem with alignment and headlight condensation... got one small dent in paint in passenger door, but just ignore it since it's a small matter...

thought can straight away send to tint but aircool rawang quote me agard 8 mil series at 2.8k, another tint shop keep promote local tint which never heard before...
no choice but delay the tint and look for other brand later. can anyone got any good tint can recommend to me? thanks.

Today I've tested a 1.6 Forte in Malacca branch, and I'm impressed with it.Now i'm torn apart whether to go for 1.6 or 2.0. I'm just curious on 2.0 stock availability as I've read a lot of negative feedback regarding 2.0 deliveries. And any feedback for Malacca branch would be highly appreciated.

Good for you. But I thought TS is available already? NAZA really screwed up...there was another forumer who wanted 2.0 black here posted who change to white bcoz his SA say no MB got white. You want TS get MB. I want white, my SA try to push TS. WTF is Naza doing?

for those who think about pricey tinted please consider to extend/take/whatever windscreen insurance....u might regret later if the windscreen cracked...huhu...just for suggestion...

after a very long consideration due to various issues such as monthly commitment,insurance,road tax,fuel cost and maintenance in the long run,ive finally booked black 1.6 sx forte. looking forward to join the family soon. started thinkin bout leather seats,tinting and paint protection.sigh~

wondering if anyone can help me on this... getting my new car this week but my dealer told me there won't be an AP cert... ... but he said the car is still from overseas but declared buatan malaysia.... so how??

anyone know if the new batch is still from kimchi-land or made in Naza Gurun plant?

and if it's from kimchi-land why is my dealer not giving me the AP? got such thing as a blank AP cert and sell for money?
