Added on May 28, 2010, 10:05 amYaa..i believe the red lining only comes with the new batches of 2.0 Forte. To differentiate between 1st batch & new batches perhaps i'm sure the leather seat will look much better with the read stitching. Lucky u & other owners of new batches.

I've tinted mine with VKool Elite Front & Rear..Sides with Armor Coat security.
Total price less than 2K.

Yes, RM2300 whole car for VKool is reasonable if u have the budget.

I have pre cut the mat so it will not block the boot handle ma no?

ya I asked my dealer to change my address but u know what? once they sold the car they will not layan u anymore that's bad and I asked the bank to do it for me coz i cannot take the grant out, then the JPJ just use pen to potong and re-write the address and the bank photocopy the grant for me!

eh, my car 1st arrive, already got 1 problem.....
other than that, all ok, the hydralic PS oso very good and responsive, gonna hit highway tmr...
my problem is, the headlight(both of them), seems like it have water condensed inside(like water vapor type). so, 2nd day i changed a new 1, still the same. y is it happening?? all ok, except headlights....

collected my white 2.0 late evening...man, this car is difficult to drive slowly!!!

well worth the money...no alignment prob but the seat squeaky problem is evident.

Yesterday my SA called me to say she got 1 tit silver and can reg by next week and advise me to take it bcoz its in demand as well. I said ok immediately.

Then this morning (damn early) I woke up.... and realized... damn... I cant live with tit silver for the at least another 5 years. Call her up while on the bed immediately and ask her change back to whitey.

So now.... back to the waiting game...wonder when only we whitey 2.0 bookers will get our next batch.

got my whitey 2.0 yesterday. book on 15th Apr. collect together with my friend red 2.0 from fs trading ampang.

but still, their agent got a lot of excuses, such as problem with kastam registration system? seriously?

anyway my friends friend know someone in naza, thus speeding my allocation process, i guess my luck maybe.

Yesterday (28th) JPJ KL got open? i checked the car registration number from http://www.jpj.gov.my/malay/plateno.htm and found out the number is different from what i saw Thursday nite.
However my SA told me they close on Wesak day.... looks like the SA lie to me again, yes, is again.

Why no Johor one??

SA not trustable wan lar, my SA told me whole NazaKia only have 1 runner.

Damn i waited from WTN to WTX, early early asked me to give him a list of number i want, but in the end i have to go JPJ and buy myself.

Some more he wanted RM450.

So i went myself, JPJ list only WTX 2xx, when i went the screen showing 2xxx numbers instead of 2xx.

So i though i can only choose from the screen, but the JPJ told me that screen cannot be trusted, it's true, many numbers already taken.

So i gave him my list and he checked 1 by 1, i ended up buying WTX 8XX8 and it's only RM210.

Skip to 8XXX number already still RM210 and not RM310. Worth it

And yes the process took around 5-10 mins only, but runner wan make money so a lot of number oso they say don have wan.

So never trust the JPJ list on the internet, if its showing latest number 2xxx and you wan buy 8xxx number, by the time u go there all taken already.

It's best to start buying the number when they release new Letter. Say now is WTX 8xxx or 9xxx so they will release WTY soon. Once they release u straigt go buy sure got higher chance.

Lots and lots of K5 pics from Korea... The Titanium & Black models look the best. Surprisingly most of the pictures so far show the 2.4GDI with 17" rims instead of the top range 2.0GDI turbo with 18" space wheels and slimmer grill.

Faux wood trim looks ugly. The pseudo-carbon fibre trim shown in the very first official pics are better. The alternative dials which have the speedo in the centre (similar to Forte) are nicer too, compared to this one which has a gigantic but fairly redundant computer screen in the middle. Built-in GPS is a nice addition but aftermarker GPSes nowadays are pretty affordable.
