The problem:
- Today I decided to check my streamyx mail, after I didn't check it for quite sometime...so I loaded their webmail page @ http://webmail.tm.net.my/
- entered my streamyx username like [username], then select on Streamyx.com
- entered my password...and clicked login ...
- and I greeted with "Invalid username/password." error...????

I thought my password got changed, but when I access https://tmbill.tm.net.my , I can login to the page normally. I thought the username and password for the webmail are totally the same? Except the @streamyx.

Or there's problem on their webmail??

The password for the e-mail can be different, if you still cannot login that I would suggest you to call their helpline and request for a password reset. They will go through some ID verifications with you on the phone.

I don't recalled that I changed any passwords on the webmail..

i have the exact same problem, even after they have resetted my password...can you log in after giving them a call?

Never use your ISPs email.
Not because they are all lousy (only Streamyx is) but if you change ISP, you lose all your emails and have to inform EVERYONE of your new email address.
