ASTRO PIN, How to recover?

My current ASTRO box is a loaner from my dealer because the old one was broke.
I don't know the ASTRO PIN for this loaner, and dealer also doesn't know, is there a way to reset the PIN so I can define my FAVorite channels again?? |

yes, call astro customer service and they will send signal to your decoder to reset the pin. I have done it.. but long time ago la...

thanks all, called ASTRO and within 10 mins my PIN was reset to 0000
