The Japanese on the other hand prefer to report the worse case scenarios and their watches perform much much better than on paper.
That said, I don't know much about the Vostok Europe's Vostok 24xx based movements, except on paper. My 'unregulated' 2416b is so far still being run in.

each position is regulated to within +/-12sec a day, the max variation from wearing is +/-30sec. ya worst case is super bad, Jap is better!!!

not own a standard grade ETA. my lowest grade is a Elaborated 7750 which is running +5secs a day.
My SW200 is running ~8-10secs a day. in any case they perform better than paper. in any case spec is 1 thing what QC delivers is another.
my JLC on the other hand is as spec on paper ~+15sec.
