A Happy National day to all.

Thanks Bro Viper for the nice photos and fight analysis.

Met up with Bro Mario early this morning and we planned to hunt along Stevens Road. Along the way, Bro Mario suggested that we try this spot in Woodlands ( lets called it Mario's Woodlands Spot).

After 10 minutes, happy to realise that this was indeed a good virgin spot. By then, I have caught 3 good sized males. Soon, Bro Ricky and Vincent joined us and we abandoned our initial plan to hunt at Stevens Road.

We caught a total of about 10-15 males at Mario's Woodlands Spot.



Quite a number of the newly caught were Chopsters and that should excite Bro Azree. Others were good fighters.

What about the size of the males?

They were mainly SL size and I caught an ML size called Justice 2.5.

As I write, Bros Ricky, Seng, Ah Kim and Simon are on the way to KL to meet up with Bro Jason for a mass FS hunt.

Really nice to see such friendship and all the best for the KL hunt.

Yes, we did have our Fs National Day fight......can I retain the championship without Weirdo and The Truth?

Justice 2.5 looks big. Size?

The size of Justice 2.5?

About the size of The Truth when newly caught.

As I type, words have it that Bro Ricky has caught an L sized FS in KL and we await his return.

Yesterday's fights started with my new member, Austin Power, caught from my Valtor spot a few days ago. Bro Ricky took out Gala.

With Ice Spirit losing, I have relinquished my championship crown.

The final is between super strong Red Bull against CV Punk.

That was one hell of a final fight and CV Punk has been crowned champion.

The championship was won in the most dramatic fashion and CV Punk fought and beat everyone.

Congratulations to Bro Ricky for being champion again...after a break of 3 weeks.

CV Punk was then photographed on the Podium of Ultimate Victory, atop the leaf imported from Australia.



We all had fun and were more than happy with this new found spot called Mario's Woodlands Spot.

Great FS hunting day!

This morning meet up with Bro Ah Kim, Ah Seng, Simon, Ricky, Mindstorm and Jason today for SG and MY FS kakis group hunt.
Went for breakfast at Ariyat restaurant and proceed to nearby my housing area newly cleared land to hunt for FS.





Hunt near the water drain area, place where Bro Mindstorm caught WhiteLeg before few yrs back.



Next drive out to new hunting area nearby Melawati

Alot bananas leaves, next to chicken and goose farm



Caught some good size FS..Medium- big size FS.

Fight FS to filter out the weak ones



Next new hunting spot at nearby Setiawangsa Jaya Jusco VL - Vacant land.
This place offer huge area for hunting FS... alot pandan leaves, banana leaves, yam leaves etcs..



Can spot the FS hunters in between the leaves and trees ?







Bro Ricky, Jason and Mindstorm spotted more potential FS leaves and we continue to hunt deeper into that area.

We hunted till the other far end reaching housing area



After hunt till 1.30pm, we went for lunch. Cool drinks , abc to refresh energy for 2nd half of hunting session.



Next hunting spots are Bro Jason favourites Genting Highlands.
He caught many good size FS there bfr and its a recommended place to hunt FS.
All of us managed to catch good size FS there






Here Bro Kim caught another large size FS..



This FS size is much bigger than the earlier one he caught in the morning.
Its abdomen quite full, maybe just eaten and have big head size + long arm.

Bro Seng also caught Genki species at Genting

Bro Mindstorm caught a special looking mantis..



I caught a huge size female spider.



Saw T-bha nest with alot spiderlings



Ok.. Finally its today FS fights videos Actually theres some good fs fight videos left out coz too many fs fights.

Some championship FS fight still pending ...maybe later tonight/ tomorrow only fight.













































Hunted till almost 7pm+ before we call it a day for FS hunting, then we went for dinner at GohTong Jaya chinese restaurant before headed back 2 KL.

Had an enjoyable FS group hunting with many FS kakis today.

Thanks to SG FS kakis: Bro Ah Kim, Ah Seng, Ricky, Simon to come all over way to KL to hunt fs together sharing the excitement of hunting adventures, good fs fights and fostering good friendship

Wow, viper. Thanks for posting all the interesting videos and pictures. Some of the Fses look huge.

Can ask a favour? After all the fights are over, measure the larger spiders so that we can have on record the biggest B.Tha caught from Malaysia. To recap, the largest from HK are Tempest, Baba and Bobo (8.5mm) and from Singapore Mercury (8mm).

This is really interesting. Mojo and I are typing at the same time and asking the same thing.

Yes, really enjoyed yesterday FS group hunt.

I caught a mixture of 5 males and 2 females FS. Some avg - small size FS, i've released back after filtering.
Only have one biggest size male FS that able to give good fights before lost to Bro Ricky, Jason and Ah Kim much stronger FS.
Can see the fights video posted. The FS colour is pale green and have open wide arm stance.

Others caught quite alot of FS, not really sure how many... estimated each person min about 5 fs.. about 35 fs for 7 ppl.

Biggest FS? I think should be Master Kim FS. Impressive size and mature strong fighter look.
Didnt measure the fs size, should be more than 7.5mm.
For me, FS size does not really matters because most important are the FS aggresive fighting will and skill to win fights.

Bro Jason's FS also abt the same size ... the abdomen slightly slimmer compare to Bro Kim's fs.

Bro Ricky caught one strong FS from Setiawangsa 1st hunting place. Quite good size

Thank you for your reply. 35 FS for the expedition is indeed bountiful. Bro Kim's and bro Jason FS are big. Their Kongs are mega long-makings of the Titan FS. With trainings and TLC, they will make their presence felt in the FS arena.

Yeap, good size and strong FS.
Bro Jason's FS have fierce fighting arm stance whereas Bro Kim' FS have confident fighting arm stance. Can see both FS fight stance during comparing size near to each other.


My FS caught yesterday also have long arms but its fighting stance like Bro Ricky said.."Com mon Baby"
Open wide but not fierce type. I think maybe its just molted not long.
Have good potential to becomes stronger FS in the future.
I already gave the FS to Bro Ricky to add into his strong FS team.



From the video can see the FS arm open wide long stance and good size but Bro Ah Kim and Jason FS much bigger

So, any Malaysian championship held at the end? Ricky's FS looks huge too.

It is truly indeed an experience which shall be remembered for a long long time.
The joint hunting experience which brought us closer to discover more about fs was
a stamp of historical event when we look back in time to come..fs battle has since
become secondary objective when the emergence of friendship and sharing of knowledge
top the priority of our beloved hobby..

That was surely an unprecedented historical Fs event and sigh....wished I was there.

While Bros Ricky, Ah Kim, Simon and Seng were in Malaysia, I was being totally thrashed by Team Mario yesterday with Bro Vincent as the referee.

To be fair, there should be a fight between Hikozuma and CV Punk.

I doubt Team SG has a chance against Team MAL. If only Mercury and Truth are around.

Whatever mode of fights: MAL vs SIN fights or bros' FS fights, this will be the event everyone is looking out for. Fights to determine the supremacy in the FS championships.
