I just called CIMB CS. Its not applicable for CIMB Islamic Petronas Mastercard.
Is there any possibility to change my card to CIMB Petronas Mastercard? This post has been edited by winston_light: Jun 1 2010, 12:18 AM |

Thanks for both of your reply,
I already register just now for CIMB Secure e-pay for my mastercard secure code. After that I proceed with the transsaction and this is what happened ![]() First time try, the above image pop up. Second time try, they mention my password wrong then error already ![]() This post has been edited by winston_light: Aug 12 2010, 09:35 AM |

QUOTE(alexwsk @ Aug 12 2010, 09:36 AM) Just to confirm, to answer your question,1) did you enter your name as printed on the card? 2) did CIMB show up on the drop down list of Issuer Bank Name? 3) after you clicked submit, did it bring you to another page where you can key in the PIN number which you registered through CIMB secure e-pay? 4) did you enter the exact PIN as when you sign up? Added on August 12, 2010, 9:38 amsecond message, means you left the page idle for to long go to the main page of the hotel and repeat the process and complete the payment in one go 1) Yes (is non-capital letter consider wrong?) 2) Yes, after i choose Malaysia, CIMB Bank Berhad already in the list 3) Yes 4) Yes will try again they locked-out my password, need to call CS centre This post has been edited by winston_light: Aug 12 2010, 09:47 AM |

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Aug 12 2010, 09:58 AM) This may not be the problem but i just want to point out that whenever we fill in any forms, we should always write everything in block letters. Today I tried more than 10 times already, 3 times re-register at CIMB secure e-pay, 4 times called CIMB centre, they also don't know what wrong with my card but one of them ask me to call bangkok bank and ask why they can't accept my payment. So now I just want to leave it there. I decided to make a payment using bank transfer via CIMB click. Anyone have any idea how to make bank transfer using my mastercard. I already have their name, address and bank account. |
