my friend told me that Citibank does increase your CL automatically if you have good payment, and that's like after 3 month he used it.

I'm holding the Citibank Clear Card, the rewards point is kinda sleepy, I have to use over RM 22,000 just to get the cheapest voucher of RM 100, which means it's around 0.5%. While Cashback is giving back cash around 0.2-2% depend on what you use. Is it a smarter choice to get Cashback? I like the design of Clear Card because it's translucent, while Cashback card design is bland.

guys a spinoff question by me lol

is it "too-over" if i swipe my card for meal for 2 that cost RM 40+ or RM 15 for a Guardian's shop item?

I do that because cost each RM1 means a point for my card.
anyone think that it's kinda "over" to swipe card for something below RM50?

Suddenly I felt Rewards point for Citibank is better than Cashback after a few studies due to the different Tier of outstanding balance in order to enjoy the 2% or 3.88% rebates for Gold Cashback. Yeah unless I'm eligible for Gold Cashback, Clear card is now the best bang for my bucks, anyone agree with me? biggrin.gif

I heard that if you charge minimum, the owner of that shop have to pay 2% to the bank that issued visa/master machines to the shop if it's below RM50. right?

Today I just saw a an additional card number appeared in my Citibank online account. I guess this is my application for the Cash Back Platinum Visa. A total of RM75 (RM50+RM25) government tax  was debited to my account on the 16th July.
The approval turn around time was 11 days. Not bad at all. But the problem is.... I have yet to receive the cards till today.

I bump into a Citibank sales person the other day, he said Cash Back Platinum Visa is very easy to get as long as your CC used up to RM8500+ per year they will upgrade it for you if you have any Citibank CC in hand.

hye. wanna ask about mbf cards .

1.mbf cards easy pay. let's say if i use the card, single transaction, at jusco (bought so many things till the price rm2000). can i apply for the mbf easypay?

2. usually for mbf cc, salary rm1600 per month, more than 6 months work n confirmed, how much credit limit can i get (never have cc, never borrow any from any bank)?

1. yes you can but the interest is not worth it

2. usually 3k limit for starters.
