Didn't pick up the call when you call the customer care line, replace debit card or open a account have to wait for half day!
Even amex customer care line are hard to reach them.

Agent help u increase CL? Never heard of it. For Maybank, they are not generous in giving out high CL, i used their card for 1 year, CL increase by RM1,000 only, hehe.

Actually the SCB VI is the best credit card in M'sia for now, especially for a frequent traveller based on the following :

1)  Unlimited free priority pass visits   
2)  5X reward points for overseas charges 
3)  Unlimited choice of rewards ie. you can tell them what you want instead of just choosing from a catalogue 
4)  No expiry of reward points 
5)  Free annual fee 
6)  Free RM50 tax rebate 
7)  Best overseas insurance coverage & car assist 

Guess there are tons more, but you can find out for yourself
