hmmm.. i'm gonna apply for my first card... which one is recommended arr? Looking for something which has annual fee waived..

I'm currently using Maybank and CIMB as my principle banks.. Can anyone recommend a card?

Reason for getting a card is so that i can build up a good credit rating ... aiming to get my own property next year.. easier to get loan with a good rating..

hmm.. can't apply for DA yet.. cos my cert is still not out.. lol..

Submitted for UOB One card.. is it hard to get? I meet the criteria of 30k annum..
