but i read somewhere that if u get rejected,it is best to apply at next 3 months..there is no point to apply other bank because they will check/access credit or application record and they will reject u again without put a consideration :/

sorry, i mean i m international student at ausralia..n there is student option credit card for me.unfortunately i get rejected because of my visa expired in few months time

if yes then which bank? please dun point out debit card |
