this is processing fees that should be paid by merchant to cc to use the service, cc user should not bear this cost & could just choose another shop

i never pump in petronas. petronas last time ask to leave behind my credit card when i pump petrol . i said cannot knowing that it's dangerous to leave your card to stranger. the staff said its company policy. what to do, in hurry also... warn the girl that if bill wrongly, come back for her.

My credit card application has been rejected twice

- my p.a income is around 36k+
- Salary is deductible if i take more than 1 day of mc so my payslips will look awkward.
- I've missed payments for my car, which im clearing up. It's not much, but i usually wait to pay bills at the end of the month.
- I've no previous bad credit history unless they take into account my phone bill which i pay every end of the month too, which is usually late lol.

So any guesses as to why my applications got rejected? If yes what can i do to improve the rating.

For the 3 links of credit rating sites can i call/fax/email to get my rating without having to in person.
