As far as I'm concern, I still can't find any other petrol card better than Citibak Shell Gold which gives 2.5% direct cash rebate (shell petrol only) + 0.75% rebate for other retail transactions credited to your account every month. 
I definitely think so. I'm no longer a bachelor and I have to do Weekly grocery shopping for the family and the amount paid rarely below RM100.  You can also see thousands of people with their full loaded shopping carts waiting in line to pay at the cashier every weekend nationwide.

Nowadays how much we need to affix stamp on the self addresse envelope if we want to pay our CC using cheque? Still 30 sen or what?

2% rebate at all gas stations ? Is this a new promotion ? I thought only the CIMB Petronas MasterCard gives you 2% rebate and it is applicable at Petronas stations only.

No, the card that earns 2% rebate at all gas stations is Direct Access Mastercard.

More or less the same is right but there are still some minor differences. And Chemistry is right.

im using maybank's easy payment plan... the question is, i hav several months to go to for the installment to settle, but can i settle all the payment earlier since i got extra money now?

I did hear somebody shared that for MBB EPP, no charges for early settlement.

Any other petrol stations practice the holding besides Shell? Petronas I think do not hold any amount. I once fill up RM50 through kiosk at Petronas using my card which was left with only RM60 credit limit (went on a bit of a spree that month, hehe) and the transaction went through.

im using Maybank PETRONAS VISA Gold
i made a transaction on 5 August n was charged rm5 late charges on 6 August, why is this so? it was only a day and i was charged late charges??

just now i was charged another rm0.20, although it was a small amount but i need to know y am i paying this? n the transaction wasnt logged into my transaction history!
anyone can clarify this?

Always try to pay before the due date to avoid such charges. It is still possible to call up Maybank to waive the late charges and finance charges if you only had overdue <2 days... no harm in asking.

When is the date of transaction?

There's some double entry transaction happened on 14th August.
