Also, their processing speed is slow. Personally not very satisfy with their service, but since I need to get those 2x, 5x and 10x point with their credit card, what can we do.
Added on June 9, 2010, 10:53 amWant to ask something here, recently saw the Citibank launch a Platinum Cash Back card in their website. Is there any requirement for getting this card? As I see no requirement page for this card, is this the card that is same as UOB One Card that claim themselves are "Platinum" standard but the requirement is RM18K annual income also can apply?
