RHB is good also when I e-mailed them for the waiver of outstanding balance derived from late and interest charges on small outstanding balance that could not be repaid using online banking since the minimum payment is RM10.00
They waived all outstanding balance including the previous small amount due.

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Jun 28 2010, 12:49 PM) I've never tried myself. Anyway, there is a master policy in their website. Not sure if RHB has it in their website but HSBC does have it on theirs. Basically it is hard for us to qualify for the claim. The HSBC credit card travel insurance is insured by HSBC Takaful (their wholly-owned subsidiary). You can refer to the table below for their T&C. It shouldn't be far off from the RHB one. [attachmentid=1649374] By the way, in order to be eligible for the luggage delay claim, only if the incident took place overseas is covered. If it happened within Malaysia, then sorry to tell you that you won't be able to claim anything. RHB didnt mentioned such thing in their policy wording....thats why i turn to them bcoz MAS Travel Insurance (MHinsure) does mention it in their policy....so i've two choices to claim....haha...but this RHB insurance i tell u..super slow one....but i guess it all the same goes to any insurance company when it comes to claim... back to cc, i think most of cc customer service dont know about this complementary insurance benefit attach to the cards...but yet advertise in their website "call our customer service for further information/details"....end up we're the one who know better than their customer service representative...

What are the differences between "Outstanding Payment Balance" and "Full Payment Due"?
Outstanding Statement Balance: 825.49 Minimum Payment: 92.00 Full Payment Due: 1825.49
So which figure I have to pay to settle my credit card?

Full Payment Due ... that's what immediate need to be cleared with the bank. (Countercheck ... your 5% is about RM92 only. 100% should be about RM1800. Matches your Outstanding amount right ?) Outstanding Statement Balance is your dues from previous months ... easy did you always pay in full or there's are months you only pay a portion of the amount ?

Outstanding statement balance is the amount due on statement date and you need to pay in full in order to avoid interest charges. Full payment due is the total amount due as at to date i.e statement amount due + unbilled transactions Under your case, I believe you did not pay your previous amount due on last statement and you need to pay it + current month due... i think la.. QUOTE(hye @ Jun 29 2010, 08:40 PM) Starts from RM30K upwards. Let's not debate why it starts so low. What's wrong with 30K , its not low ? In the UK if you have Premier account, Premier limit starts at £5K (~RM24K) , but deposit requirement is also higher at £60K (~RM290K)
