QUOTE(hariz_ex5 @ Jun 24 2010, 09:24 PM) the name on the card are my mother name.. if it's not ur name, u CANNOT swipe it wherever they require signature and it's advisable not to use it at all - even for petrol, coz it's against the rules and regulations of the credit card company This post has been edited by alexwsk: Jun 24 2010, 09:38 PM

Yourself is a card holder, did you bother to read the T&C? If you did, probably you are aware of the possible consequences.

all of the masters here..anyone can explain to me what "Claw Back Int for Pymt is 5.47" means? It appear in my statement.. 1 more question..MBB Credit Card require 30k per annum which mean 2.5k per month..let say my basic only 2k, but every month I got more than 2.5k bank in to my account..will bank calculate my income is more than 2.5k? or bank will ignore and just see my basic salary? The better way to phrase it as not to confuse anyone ... "MBB Credit Card require 30k income per annum which mean 2.5k income per month". (key word here is income) Your savings is certainly not monthly or annual income and would not be factored in the calculations.

Instead, BNM should come out a guide or rule that allows consumers to choose not to be contacted for any promotion or offers.
