Before a Match
• Players have to be punctual and register in person during the registration period (12pm to 1:30pm) on both days. Failure to turn up in person will result in disqualification.
• Players have to identify 2 (TWO) characters that they will play throughout the tournament during registration.
• At the start of your match/turn, your name will be called TWICE and you will be given FIVE (5) minutes to present yourself to the game marshal to begin the game. The game is forfeited if you do not turn up after FIVE (5) minutes of your name being called. No excuses or exceptions will be accepted.

During a Match
• Players may pick any of the registered 2 characters at the beginning of each match. Picking a character that is not pre-registered will result in disqualification at the discretion of the game marshal.
• At the beginning of a match, you are allowed TWO (2) minutes or 1 round to test buttons and configuration. The match will be restarted once both players are satisfied with the buttons and configurations or the TWO (2) minutes are up.
• No handicap settings are allowed.
• Accidental presses of the PAUSE or HOME button will result in a warning by the game marshal. If the offence is repeated in a match, the match will be forfeited and the opponent awarded a win.
• Deliberate presses of the PAUSE or HOME button to disrupt an ongoing match will result in instant disqualification. The game marshal will determine if the action is deliberate and all decisions are final.
• In the event of a draw or power failure, the match will need to be replayed.
• Winners and results are final. The organizers reserve the RIGHTS to make changes to the rules and regulations at their sole discretion, and without communication to the contestants. Contestant shall follow every instruction given by the organizers and game marshal. The organizers reserve the rights to disqualify and contestant without giving any reason.

Code of Conduct
• Swearing, abusive language/gestures or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. This includes deliberate distractions and disturbances to other players while a game is in progress.
• Substitute players are not allowed. If any player is found to be playing using the registration tag of another player, both will be disqualified from the tournament.
• Failure to heed warnings from the organizers or game marshals may leads to instant disqualification from the tournament. Decisions are final and no appeals will be entertained.

Equipment
• Games will be played over 2 available Sony PlayStation 3 game consoles. Default DualShock 3 game pads will be provided.
• Players are allowed to bring their own game controllers and arcade sticks.
• Configuration of the 6 attack buttons, including PPP and KKK are permitted. Any Turbo settings and macros are not allowed. Anyone found breaking these rules will be disqualified.
• Players are held responsible for their own equipment. The organizers will not be held accountable for any malfunction, broken or lost equipment.
• You will be allowed a maximum 5 minutes to set up your controller and if the controller fails to work with the provided PlayStation 3, you will default to the provided DualShock 3 game pads at the discretion of the game marshal.

Definition
Round: 99 seconds of game play. Player wins a round when the life bar of the opponent hits 0 or the time runs out with the opponent having less life.
Match: 3 rounds. Player wins a match when he/she wins 2/3 rounds.
Set: 3 Matches. Player wins a set when he/she wins 2/3 matches.

During last 8 and beyond: Winning 2/3 sets = winning a game

1. From Penang Bridge, head towards PLUS Highway to Kuala Lumpur.

6. Walk towards the replica Penang Bridge and you'll find the competition area at the end of the path.

From KL:
1. From PLUS highway, go through the Juru Toll.
2. Take the Juru Exit on your left (you'll see big signed of Auto-City on your left from a far).

1. Segafredo requires that everyone involved in any outing located at Segafredo, Autocity to purchase at least a drink in its menu.

2. Although open to the public, the gaming facilities are prioritized for those who have registered for the tournament via insert-coin.my website, under the supervision of appointed personnel of insert-coin.my and Segafredo. The supervisors have the rights to deny any individuals usage of the gaming facilities on any grounds.

3. Users of the gaming facilities (LCD TV, PS3 Console, Arcade Sticks etc) should take due care of the equipment and will be held responsible for any deliberate or accidental damage.

4. The selection of the game to be played will be decided by the supervisor present at Segafredo. If you want to play a particular game, approach the supervisor present and provide your own game disc.

5. Any activation, configuration or changing of the equipments must only be carried out by designated personnel.

6. Fair usage and fair play have to be exercised at all times. Abusive language and behavior will not be tolerated and repeat offenders may be banned from future events at the discretion of the committee.

7. Smoking is not allowed during play.

8. Please maintain courtesy and a civil environment within the café at all times.

9. Segafredo reserves the right to amend Rules and Regulations without any further notice.

1. Super Street Fighter 4 will be the game that will be played. This will act as a practice session for those attending the Autocity Brawl tournament.

2. Players are required to bring their own gaming pad or arcade sticks that are compatible with Playstation 3.

3. To allow everyone to have a chance to play, each player will only get to play for 3 consecutive sets unless no other players are interested in joining the ongoing session.

4. We might be taking videos and pictures without your express approval.

5. Enjoy yourself and make new friends.
