I'm graduated from us and I don't include my picture and my expected salary. Unless the person contact me and really need it.and as far as i've experience without those two never really actually hurt my chances in getting interviews and everything.

My resume is also kept short,1 page as per the us standard.

I would asked for what purpose they really need my pictures because i don't see how it would affect the employment.

If they can't really explain the necessities for it, I would say no.In fact sending my pictures is a waste of resource.
