Ive bought my ps3 from your stores in holiday plaza in july last year. Now the dang thing keep freezing and crashing randomly. Ive already format the hd using the ulitilty in the menu but the problem persist. How can i repair it? i think it is still under guarantee. Can i send it to your store to repair?
