You said it takes 30 day for Microsoft to repaired then after the 30 days you tell me no spare parts. When I ask you why "you keep saying your people are doing the repair" instead of "Microsoft" you tell me to wait you will reply later and I'm still waiting for that reply after more than 90 day have past. So what's going on???????????
