I am about to buy a zero milage pre reg 530e M Sport. If I buy, what are my entitlement normally?

BMW White Card? Pre Reg car also can get this?

Charging cable. Is it the same as the Fast charging cable if using 3 pin home plug? Or theres only 1 cable type for this home cahrging?

If I charge outside, need to buy cable? Or the cable is provided at the charging station? Dont really notice on this.
