there are some differences, like for e60 5 series and m5 e60, m5 e60 has 4 exhausts instead of 2, m5 badge below the signal, 19" rims, bigger brakes, different engine sound etc but normal 5 series can convert bodykit to m5 (only way to really tell is looking at roadtax, or you could listen to how it sounds)

almost the same for m3, but the e90 sedan front is not similar to m3 e90/e92 sedan/coupe

I think it will beat the E92 325Ci if it's modded correctly to unleash loads of horses but wait, the driver on the BMW might be having a great and fun driving pleasure compared to the driver of Wajalution at 250km/h (strong wind noise, exhaust which is terribly noisy, engine sound all over the cabin, etc) At the end of the race, Wajalution driver is probably half deaf despite winning the race and the BMW owner will congratulate him for winning by a 5 seconds margin

Unfortunately it still happens in Malaysia where we have these modded cars and their owners revving on the street as if their cars are super darn fast Look, the E92 325 owner paid RM2xx K for his car and if speed is what he wants, there are plenty of choices within that price range and he wouldn't have chosen the E92 at the first place. Obviously people are buying the E92's for some other reason like exclusiveness, comfort, style, elegance and a bit of performance. Who cares if a RM1xx K car is slightly faster

They are just trying to prove their cheap car can keep up with a beemer In their puny brains there's only one thing which is called "speed". They totally forgotten about comfort, safety and rest of the important points of a car.

I heard only Japan specs have speed limit, not sure if it's the real case

im not much of a fan of BMW because in my opinion the cars lack the look, not that they aint great looking, its just, like mercedes benz, they quickly look obsolete. i aint a japanese fanboy but its just my honest and rookie view.

the only BMWs i like are from two different but rare leagues:

i) the 8 series
ii) the M1 series

any comments?

i always wonder why people buy the 5.23i because if it were me with money, i'd get either the 3000cc (5.30 turbo) or if its a seven series, ramp it up with 7.60li
