Well if you think about it.. if the terran was going to bunker down at every expansion. he wont have money to do much
 The whole beauty of harassing is so that you distract him too much to make him useful  hahahah. Unless you play some map with a single choke point with unlimited resources ala BIG GAME HUNTER Style . |
