I also feeding with salmon oil but it didn't got any improvement, I really scared that he will scratch until got infestion in his skin because now I already noticed got a few area is already wound

I started to feed him Brit care and I realized that it is a little bit hard for him to bite and he has to eat 1 by 1 due to the size that is bigger than the Alpo. He always just eat half then go away and not eat anymore and I try to mix the food with can food but he swallow everything without biting so I scare it will harm it digest system in long term since it is getting into senior level soon. Anyone can tell is there any harm to the dog if the food is too hard to bite and is brit care salmon&potato suitable to maltese? Any recommended brands that good to him and can reduce the bad influence from the food that he ate for the past 7years?
