I bought a few stuff from KinkyJane in Penang. Both my 4 year old Retriever and 1 year old Labrador had diarrhea. I told them about it on the phone. When I tried to call, I was told to contact online or facebook messaging if I can't get through the phone which happened.

I was told by one member later that I was blocked by 迪森 (a man pretending to working in japan but so obviously staying in KL) ! 
I am sickened by people like these who pretend to want to help but resort to tactics like these.  No replies. I gave up trying to find out what was wrong.

I will not go to KinkyJane again. They advertised all over the place spreading what a fantastic team and products they sell on other groups too besides their own "Pet For Sale or Adoption in Selangor & KL".
It has been one bad experience for me and my family.  Now I go to a great shop (I will avoid mentioning which shop because it will mean i am promoting them) and used golden eagle or beef cooked with peas, cabbage, carrots etc.  All I am saying is to never go back to one shop only just because it is so close and convenient or they look like they are adopting dogs out so they have integrity. How wrong I was.
