As long as his salary demand is within our wages structure, I won't mind J.Cole joining us. He can play on either flank and in the middle. Back to few seasons ago, no one would ever think about getting him free but now as a free agent? Yes please
I read somewhere his current salary is 80k pounds per week. I wonder how much we r willing to pay for his weekly wages.
Don't mind having him if he's free..but if he's willing to stay on the bench as well.
If mourinho wants to be United's manager, he better drop his win-and-move-on policy, as well as be a bit humbler and learn the ways of United from SAF.
He might move once he wins us some trophies lol.....would prefer long term managers like moyes

Imagine...Diouf, Hernandez, Macheda all wants to get to play. Last season was Diouf first season, am sure after getting used to the team, he wants to prove himself coming season. Wonderkid Macheda, he's a very young lad, play him back in reserve team? lol. And we have hernandez now...+ Owen and Berbatov.

Our players with wages 80k and above, only giggs, ferdinand and rooney i think. I'm not sure if giggs one year contract extension has 80k pounds week, or scholes with his 75k pounds week. Even if we can afford to pay for his salary, doubt we would spend in on joe cole.

Harry Redknapp has made a big hint that Joe Cole could be on his way to Old Trafford this summer. After all, Tottenham are a pretty big draw card for most players, especially with Champions League football in the offing next season, although the Spurs manager reckons that he’s been pipped to the winger’s signature by another club.
Cole is out of contract this summer and it appears that he’s surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge, despite calls from John Terry to stay and the fact that Fabio Capello has included the player in his 23-man England squad.
Redknapp claims that Tottenham were very keen to sign the 28-year-old although his sources tell him that a move to another club is on the cards. Surely it can only be either of the two Manchester clubs, with United looking for a player like Cole to provide more creativity from the flanks next season.
I'm not suprised if we don't sign anyone after this. Corry Evans should be promoted into the seniors squad. He's got some friendly games for Nothern Ireland. Maybe Possebon too? Even if we sign Gourcuff, He'll probably be a good AM but not necessarily a good CM. Due to our 4-4-2 tactics, we need 2 CMs who move up and down. We'll start from anderson, since he's got good defensive capabilities too.
The father of Mexico forward Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez has quit his job with Chivas' reserve side to watch his son play at the World Cup.
Manchester United recently signed the £8 million striker for the start of next season and he will travel to South Africa over the summer to play for his country, but his father Javier ''Chicharo'' Hernandez was refused permission to travel to see him in action.
Hernandez was the reserve team coach of one of Mexico's biggest clubs, Chivas Guadalajara, but insisted that his family would always come ahead of his work.
"I asked for permission to go to the World Cup, and they didn't allow me," Hernandez told reporters. "I had to think about it for two days with my family and kids and I made the decision to quit because I want to go to the World Cup and see my kid play. Work is secondary.
"It was difficult, but in the end one is not eternal. Institutions remain for lives and one doesn't. Moments from your life is what makes you take that decision. I understand the institution and that no one is above it, but one is also just here in passing."
Brown had to transform to RB since we had abundance of good CBs like rio, vida. But when they are out, he's the one to take the CB role. But if you look at his statistics, he had only 8 games for 08/09 and 18 for 09/10 due to injuries. That's pretty often that he got injured. It's unfair to say he's not a good CB. His partnership with Evans were pretty good last season I'd say.

What’s in store? More of the same we hope. Ferdinand and Vidic remain Sir Alex’s first choice defensive duo, but the boss has great faith in Jonny and Wes Brown as an alternative pairing. “There aren't many better partnerships in the Premier League than Brown and Evans,” he declared last season. Evans will also be aiming to finally break his United duck.
