From the start of next season EPL clubs must register a squad with a limit of 25 players. Eight of those named must be aged 21 or under and must also qualify as ‘home-grown’.

To qualify as home grown, a player will have had to be registered for at least three seasons at an English or Welsh club between the ages of 16 and 21.

But...but.. in FM... it's so easy...

QUOTE(roti-terbakar @ May 19 2010, 11:25 PM)
That is what I mentioned earlier? He is A SUPPORTING STRIKER. Oh, and maybe god willing we may buy a certain #32 from our neighbour.

Does Berba really does well all this while, while playing alone up front? I mean, did he ever played alone up front? Since his Spurs days? He always have someone to work with; Keane.

Again, BERBA IS NOT SUIT AT ALL PLAYING 4-5-1, unless he's playing midfield.

And about stepping up when Rooney is unavailable, Berba is just.. not a lone man. That's why we have other strikers in Macheda, Chicharito, King, Owen. Just leave him alone, we knew he wont be a good lone man in front. He is not a lone type striker. So give up your hope early, he wont be ala Rooney. We don't really need Rooney #2.
*

in other words.

Berbatov needs a friend.

Berbatov need someone to climax the game. He alone not good enough. laugh.gif

in other words,

please be true.

in other words,

i love you.

God dammit. I can't take this thread serious anymore. God help me.

I only want a person who can link up play between midfield and attack. Berbatov is better helping out Rooney in doing unpredictable killer passes. He's still good, no doubt. The thing is we've been missing Ando-kun's presence in midfield. He's the one usually doing the "HOLY SHIT Y U DU DIS" passes that are unbelievably unpredictable. But alas he's gone down injured. What the hell happened to him anyway, no news about him recovering.

I wonder whether El Chicarita will be sufficient enough to cover the forwards. He'll be playing along the wings mostly judging by the way he's playing on YouTube (I KNOW SO SUE ME).

BRING.BACK.MANUCHO. (no I do not know what you are talking about Manucho missing an open goal against Barcelona. seriously, I don't)
or
get someone like manucho who can jump, head, and has black magics.

Diouf is not as awesome as Manucho k.

Manucho is the black pele, the black Campbell, the black Darren Bent, the black Eusebio, the black Rene Higuita.

Proper striker. Short, but good with his head. Hmm. Owen II, minus the explosive pace of the young Owen.

As for Manucho II = Diouf.

And that's why I love you <3

Berbatov scores 23 goals each in the 06/07 and 07/08 season for Spurs.
Do you think SAF buys Berbatov just for link up play and not even one bit for his finishing?
*
You know, SAF is the one person that can change how a player operates on field.

For all we know, it might be SAF's fault why Berbatov is not even scoring goals and helping out Rooney.

Think, SAF was the one who set Rooney to play on the flanks during the Ronaldo era.

And back then we kept wondering why isn't Rooney scoring goals and is he the kind of player to assist.

My mind is set such a way that it's up to the manager to determine how his players work around the field.

SO I BLAME SIR ALEX FERGUSON. HAET HAET HAET HAET.

and was at United since he was young and more longer than Berbatov? brows.gif
OR
and was at United since he was young and got the hairdryer treatment more frequent and has stayed more longer than Berbatov? brows.gif

I'll still blame SAF. biggrin.gif

EDIT:

Looking at the stats for Rooney and Berbatov for their first two seasons at United, I'd say they are equally the same.

Give Berbatov more time at United, he'll get dry from the hairdryer treatment, and then he'll gel in with the team much more better.

Hey, you'd say, PFFAH ROONEY WAS TEH PWN. Remember Rooney was operating the same way Berbatov was back in the days, playing second fiddle to van Nistelrooy/Saha.

Eh, I just read something that I just found out.

Poke me in the ass if you think I'm a slowpoke.

A total of 43 clubs have competed in the Premier League, but only four have won the title: Arsenal, Blackburn Rovers, Chelsea, and Manchester United

Really?

2) He has a dream of winning League + Champion's League with a team from each of the big leagues in Europe. England, Spain, Italy and maybe Germany.

Well, we all know England didn't really work out for him well for the Champions League.
