How do u feed the hay to ur torts? do u soak in water first to soften? chop it up? or just give a handful straight out of the package? or u only use hay as bedding n not to feed?

i use bermuda as bedding as it is harder..and feed them timothy hay or orchard grass..
i do not soak it into water but i think it depends on how big is ur tortoise..if they are able to chew it then i don think you need to soak it soften tongue.gif
