i'm not offended, and most of us here aren't either.
maybe you haven't realized this since you're quite new here, but back in 2008-2009, many keepers had been convicted when they are caught with just 1 or 2 animals that were listed under the Wildlife Act. primary reason - they advertised those animals on the Internet.
and please note that back then the fine is not 100k.
just be careful ok.

RES should be kept in deep water..but then need to let them have a place to bask...so, when they are tired they can rest at the basking spot..and bask under the sun, or maybe ur basking/uvb light... Hahaha looking at him/her make me so funny! but i did some researches, i think she is a girl! yeah dun put it with fishes, they all will gone!...LOL they are omnivorous anyway, and RES or any turtle only eat in water...they don't have their own saliva...so they need water to help them swallow...if you let it dry like that..it won't eat... baby RES are mostly carnivorous and as they get older starting to be more herbivorous (CMIIW) This post has been edited by El Sol: Jul 16 2010, 02:53 AM

QUOTE(deviannear @ Jul 16 2010, 07:53 PM) Alright , just stick to the thumb rule , 10 gallons of water to every inch of the turtle size , it makes it like a 7 inched turtle should have 70 gallon of water for it. why do RES need so many waters? lol but my little turtle always stand on the bridge..

QUOTE(danny94 @ Jul 17 2010, 10:08 AM) help me?? size of turtle? bigger snappers could potentially bite off wiring, so keepers mostly use canisters or install a partition. if using guppy tank, it is easier to just change water.
