help needed here.. i bought asus a42jc last week. i formatted the laptop to a cracked windows 7 ultimate simply because i need a 32 bit windows to run some software. i format it to the os partition and keep the recovery partition. but after install the windows..it just couldn enter the windows and keep on booting to the windows setup screen.. 2nd attempt : i delete all the partition.. create new partition. but still keep the recovery partition. same prob still happening. for info..im sure the cracked windows 7 ultimate is 100% working. i wonder do i really need delete the recovery partition as well ?

NEW ASUS USER here ! bought the new asus A42JC nearly a week. choosing it over the Jv coz the price is rm300 cheaper. this laptop is v suitable to those who less game but still needs a gpu for watching hd movies, running photoshop or some 3d softwares. overall the build quality is v solid and doesnt feels cheap. it uses an i3 processor but the speed is almost identical to the i5 running on the Jv because both are running on stock 2.4ghz. over the few days , i try the recovery on the asus. was amaze how fast the recovery takes place. the driver dvd provided was excellent. installation was just a click only.(if u guys planning to install other windows la.haha) what i like most about this laptop is it is by far the coolest laptop i have ever used.( 14 inch model) .if running on integrated gpu, basically u just cant feel the heat. u need to put ur fingers on the ventilating vents only can feel the heat. Recommended. but of course potential buyer needs get real hands-on to make ur decisions la. cheers !
