There are so many buyers you can check with... Setia Walk.. Zest.. 1 Petaling.. Connaught Avenue.. etc etc..
Check with HDA website or HBA website....

Utility bills convertable to residential rate... check other SA like Viva Residency.... but case by case basis depends on developer applying on residents be half....as for QR and assessment.. too bad.. no cure
