he was my friend...
Wangsa walk,you can get training session cost around RM50/session including the lane fees...
also from their proshop...
but unluckily both of them can train you to be a good hooker...

actually you can have spinner training at bangi...you can ask from the cashier about that...even the bowling alley owner playing spinner...i also have some friend that might train spin but i don't know how much they want to charge...

it depend on how do you like to play...the style also will have different on what type of ball that u will use and the drill of the ball...

I suggest you meet up with the pro shop dude near your place, ask him to watch you play one or two games.
He can give best advice afterwards.

Other than that you can do research on your own.
My way, i played straight until consistently got 150.
After that only  i started to play hook.

nak tanya sedikit, how to adjust the wrist guard in a proper way? im using a revcon now, which level that i need to cup my wrist and angle my wrist left or right for beginner?? using this device because my wrist always break when im releasing the ball, using 14lbs ball currently.

its hard for me to get a consistent release sometimes it hits the pocket, sometimes hook too early, sometimes into the gutter any tips??

is it normal that my thumb joint (near the palm, joint that connect thumb to palm,haha) feel painful? after 4 games terus "bengkak" and swelling, and last for few days. Because drilling problem ke, i need to drill to make bevel a bit?
