i'm using 13lbs right know.. i'm not to tall n not too skinny or fat..63kg, 166cm bese2 je.. start with 12 above.. when u using ur own bowl with according to ur hand or finger size, it will be lighter. try laaa.. mak i pon pkai 11lbs.. |

hmmm bowling nie kan..mkin lme kite biase dgn berat tu,
mkin kite nak lebey pnye.. ni tgah cri bola 14 plak.. hohoho.. kalo bola reactive 13 lbs.. core dlm bola tu kecik.. xsyiok.. tp starting xpelaa.. dulu awal2 i men spinner pon pkai 12.. yg pnting basic tu..huhuhu |

huhuhu...welcome broo..
slow2 n step by step.. that house ball doesn't follow our finger size.. that's why it make we feel heavier to carry that ball. i just use 10lbs for house ball when playing suke2 with my friend. n it seems heavy for me.. but with my track, i'm getting to be a CRANKER.. hahaha.i just a stroker actually.. |

compact info from coach.. reactive are the most suitable for hook player.. coz the lane n ball have the reaction, n friction with each other.. |
