This anime not really great...
character development is very bad, they don't know how to make you fall for the characters. And they are going off topic, from anime otaku become novel writer... then back to anime again with the recent episode :S

The topic is about the imouto having a secret interest which is Anime.
But out of topic, suddenly wanna become novel writer.

Argument #2:
if you say the topic is the imouto,
then how come episode 7 only talk about kyousuke and his childhood friend?
Kirino only got like 10 secs appearance in that episode.
Again, this anime is out of topic.

Episode 7 is entirely about him and his childhood friend,
nothing to do with the imouto.

The character development is very bad, and there's hardly any progression in the storyline. Just a series of events.

Dude, this anime only has 13 episodes.
So throwing 1 episode away is a lot !!!

In the later scene in the same episode, kuroneko was seen using a computer (writing kuroneko's diary)
when her imouto walks in asking her to read her a story.

It's not how much animes are worth.. it's about the value of money.

Don't say an anime is cheap cos so-and-so is <insert a price>.

which the 1000yen can certainly be of better use elsewhere rather than on anime.
