i've been training n watchin my diet for quite sometime .. however i did not consume any whey protein before . all i eat is just natural protein like alot of chicken and eggs but i not satisfied of the improvement . so now im looking something that can speed up the process . wats your recommandation ?
i heard alot of good reviews bout ON 100% whey . btw im trying to gain some lean muscles here .
