halo REYZAI, I want to ask if want to gained body mass is it suitable using Optimum Nutrition 100% whey gold standard? Currently I try to gained since i too skinny about 57 kg. Btw Want to ask if i really want to gained should i plan my protein shake on the midd morning, before workout, after workout and before sleep. like this will be more effective ? cause i wan have a nice body then train 6 pack and not BB.. sry if i ask to much
