I have to say that its a pleasure dealing with you and you are always very responsive.
My question is, sometimes i have a light afternoon meal (mostly vegetables and maybe some meat) followed by 2 scoops of ON Whey Protein. Is this fine? I overheard someone saying that the On Whey Protein is as heavy as a meal and consuming Whey Protein with Low Fat Milk after a meal is not good and may make it more difficult to trim the fat or lose weight. Is that true?
Should i leave some time gap between consuming a meal and whey protein?
Another thing is, I only consume Nitrotech after work out and on non-workout days, i consume ON Whey Protein. Is this combination fine or its better to consume Nitrotech alone for daily protein intake?
