Hi, need your expert advice. I'm male, mid-30s, 183cm tall, 67kg. Would like to put on some weight and muscles. Am starting strength train in gym and also HIIT treadmill running 3x a week.
What supplement would you recommend that I take? Weight gainer or Whey protein powder? (Eg. ON Serious Mass or ON 100% Whey Gold Standard? - Or any other brand you recommend, I only say ON bcos many positive reviews but I have no personal experience with this brand).
